Crew & Organizational Structure
NBWFC boasts a roster of over 30 firefighters, broken down into 2 squads each led by a Squad boss. Squad bosses roll up to the leadership of the superintendent and assistant superintendent, and the organization also maintains positions for president, secretary, and treasurer.

Red Card/Out of state Qualified Crew
All rostered members of NBWFC are qualified to fight fire in-state, having passed an annual fitness test. A few members, however, are “red-carded” - meaning they’ve passed a more rigorous test and are qualified to fight fire out of state. Over the years, many members of Northern Bucks have deployed out of state to fight fire. Below are some photos of our members on deployment and a map of the states NBWFC members have fought fire in.
